Koblenz, Germany day 10
This morning we had to do a boat swap as the water level was too low in some parts of the river. We went by bus to the town of Koblenz, with a nice walking tour by a very energetic guide, and lunch in a local Italian restaurant.
Then the longish bus trip to the boat, this was the disappointing part as it effectively jumps two days of the cruise, with a long 6 hour bus trip if you want to do the day trips. The Gutenberg press and diaries missed were the real disappointment, however a couple of relaxing days coming up.
Our bus arrived at 5.30pm to an identical Viking boat in Kehl and by 5.50pm we were enjoying some drinks 🥂🍺
